Osage’s investment philosophy starts with our confidence in Colorado and the Denver area’s prospects for growth and success.  We are currently focused on sourcing unique opportunities  in niche neighborhoods like Washington Park, Platte Park, Rino, Lohi and Berkeley just to name a few. Within these neighborhoods, we look for sites that offer comfort and convenience near parks and locally owned retail resulting in the location being the most attractive amenity. These types of opportunities are not always easy to find and we are not "market timers" so once identified, we look to hold for the long term.
